Jami can currently be seen on BBC iPlayer in the acclaimed queer drama  - LOST BOYS AND FAIRIES . He plays the lead role George in Stelios Kouk's new film SMOKING IN PUBLIC which has won multiple awards at International short film festivals in Grreece, Spain and the U.K..  Also, watch out for the new KardiaMobile tv commercial starring Jami as co-lead.  In  LUTHER (S5) Jami appeared as suspected serial killer James Hauser and was  seen in SKY TV/PUNCHDRUNK's THE THIRD DAY as Sajura.  He came to public recognition on DOCTOR WHO as Colony Sarff, for which he was voted Best Male Guest Actor by fans.  He subsequently played roles in RED DWARF, Doctor Who spin-off CLASS and as the main villain in season 3 of ZAPPED for Dave TV.

STAGE

In May 2026, Jami  will reprise the role of Puck ( see gallery  and  rave reviews ) for DEUTSCHE OPER BERLIN'( video clip here ) making it the tenth time he plays the character over 20 years in 3  highly contrasting productions ( ( ROYAL OPERA HOUSE &   HANOVER STATE OPERA's version video clip here )

 

Jami is also known for his onstage work with Sir Trevor Nunn, Ralph Fiennes, Andrew-LLoyd Webber, Daniel Radcliffe, Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal Opera House, Frantic Assembly, and Punchdrunk.

In recent years, Jami has appeared in lead roles in TV commercials for KardiaMobile,  Bet365,  BADYA. TSB Bank and as the masked star of the celebrated Gordon's GIn Ad Campaign playing Gordon the Boar.
